Private Contracts
In 2002 MHA began designing specialized services for individuals with private financial resources who experience a mental impairment but for whatever reason, do not fit or are not eligible for the more traditional State funded services. MHA creates a support plan to respond to an individuals’ unmet needs. These need areas may include but are not limited to developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, medical support, independent living skills, social and community interactions, entitlements, and money management. The number of support hours varies from person to person. Typically someone benefits from weekly ongoing services.
