MHA’s “You Matter” Award recognizes employees and community members who have significantly impacted those around them and are committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
In partnership with Pioneer Valley Financial Group, MHA’s Senior Accountant, Rachel Cormier, was awarded the prestigious You Matter Award. Rachel consistently goes above and beyond. She is someone people can count on as a critical member of the Fiscal department, helping program staff or assisting with company events.
Sarah Smith, MHA’s Vice President of Finance, said, “Rachel has a very positive attitude and is always willing to help. She takes time to help program staff while also being mindful of the program needs as well. She is willing to jump in and help on any issue and has developed strong relationships with staff.” The You Matter Award recognizes an individual who exemplifies MHA’s core values of Respect, Integrity and Compassion, and Rachel demonstrates these values every day.
