Amy Conklin, LICSW, LADC I
Vice President of Recovery Services

Amy Conklin joined MHA in 2016. At MHA she has worked in leadership roles within several different residential and outreach programs supporting staff teams and individuals receiving services through DMH and BSAS funded programs. In 2019 Amy and the MHA team developed the GRIT COE (co-occurring enhanced) residential programs, providing access to over 50 new residential beds in Western MA. Prior to MHA, Amy developed a broad range of experience working within varied service settings including residential substance use treatment, community corrections, crisis services, DMH PACT and inpatient psychiatric hospital-based care. Amy has a passion for supporting and developing effective staff teams and providing clinical support to improve service models and programming. Amy has a BA in Sociology from Ithaca College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Westfield State University. She is also a licensed LICSW and LADC I.
