Ebonie Bethea
Vice President of New Way Services

Ebonie Bethea began her career in human services over 30 years ago at Sunshine Village as a Line Supervisor and has since dedicated her life to supporting individuals across behavioral health, youth services, and mental health. Ebonie started at MHA in 2014 and has since grown with the agency within the eight years she's been here. Ebonie moved from Program Supervisor to Senior Director and now serves as Vice President of the Acquired Brain Injury Division (New Way Services) with oversight of The Resource Center, a community-based ABI Day Center.

Ebonie's passion has always been helping others live their best quality of life, and that commitment also guides her role as Co-Director of Diversity, where she focuses on training and fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging across the agency.
